History

ZMR was developed by Loopo Ltd in collaboration with the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG). The RCOG is dedicated to the encouragement of the study and the advancement of the science and practice of obstetrics and gynaecology. Zinc was the ideal platform to deliver such a solution - the winning combination of high performance, a secure platform and rapid development was just what the doctor ordered. The new “Obs Jobs” system (as it was christened) went live on time and on budget in January 2008. The system has withstood a number of usage spikes, as thousands of candidates rushed to get their applications submitted before the deadline.

Loopo has worked extensively with the Centre for Performance Research over the last three years, to develop a resource for students and staff involved with the project.
