ZMR was developed by Loopo Ltd in collaboration with the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG). The RCOG is dedicated to the encouragement of the study and the advancement of the science and practice of obstetrics and gynaecology. The system has withstood a number of usage spikes, as thousands of candidates rushed to get their applications submitted before the deadline.
