I am very disappointed with your experience with recruitment agencies. However it can be a case with one or two agencies and not with every one in recruitment industry.

REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederation) code of conduct focus on best practise in recruitment industry which considers the clients and candidates.

I am sharing a small testimonial of my client (it is not for advertisement)

We used [XXX - company name removed] and found that their service had an added value of personalized approach combined with an ‘out of the box’ method of searching for suitable candidates. That makes them stand out and differ from the ordinary recruitment agencies. Ability to deliver very high quality of applicants and highly appropriate to our requirements, combined with a highly efficient process and extremely cost-effective, convinced us to most definitely use [XXX - company name removed] again.

I am a recruitment consultant my-self, and i am disgusted by the way some people have the rudeness to keep pestering companies when they say NO! all i want to give is an apology to your company on behalf of the recruitment industry. I hope that some day you will use a company that shows the respect they deserve.
