Mash Marketing - new release
Today we rolled out a brand new release of Mash Marketing’s in-house management system, “BABS” (Brand AmBassador Search, since you ask). It’s been a fun few months work, as BABS is essentially a large web database of pretty young things flaunting themselves to the camera.
The snappily titled “version 2.0″ should revolutionise Mash Marketing’s day to day activities, as it adds sophisticated campaign management tools, interactive calendars and our brand new questionnaire building module. Built using bits of our Loopo Framework Objects, the Smarty template engine and a liberal helping of php, it allows users to design online questionnaires from a centrally managed pool of questions.
Questionnaires can then be subjected to an approval process before being assigned to respondents (event managers, in Mash’s case), who respond online. Finally, the responses can be reviewed by a suitably priveleged user, tweaked as necessary and then posted to a portal for viewing by the end user (in this case, Mash’s client).
We will be developing and refining the system further, as it’s sure to have a number of uses for anyone who needs flexible online evaluation reporting or information gathering.
